MEET THE TEAM

TFA Solutions was founded on September 1, 2022, by Rob Gurr and Steve Van Dinther. Boasting a wide variety of previous experience, the two combined their skill sets to offer full turnkey, end-to-end automation solutions. Rob achieved a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has worked in the automation industry for the past 14 years. He has gained experience in mechanical design, electronics, programming, control systems, robotics, and automation. Steve achieved a degree in Architectural Technology from Fanshawe College and went on to work for the London-based precision manufacturing company, Armo-Tool for 21 years where he specialized in project management and automation. Following his time at Armo-Tool, Steve had been a part of starting a successful automation company, eventually making a lateral career decision to launch a local company in TFA Solutions. With over 40+ years of combined experience and a wide range of projects in various industries, TFA Solutions takes great pride in providing the highest quality services at competitive prices with quick and responsive communication throughout the project.
